My name is Miss Lieberth and I will be your son/daughter’s sixth grade math teacher this school year! I am so excited to begin working with you and your child. We are in for a very exciting year filled with learning, fun and change! That being said I would like to share with you a little bit about myself.
I grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated in 2012 from Crestwood High School. From there I attended the University of Akron where I ran cross-country and track (Go Zips!). I graduated in May 2016 earning my bachelor’s degree with honors in middle childhood education specializing in mathematics and science. Some of my hobbies include: running, coaching and hanging out with my two dogs Max and Riley.
This will be my second year of teaching. I am so thrilled to get to know both you and your child. My mission is to ensure the success of all students by promoting a safe and effective learning enviornment. We will be working in collaborative groups almost daily in my classroom. In order for students to thrive in my classroom it is crucial that all students treat one another with respect! I have explained my expectations to the whole class and would like to offer you a copy of the class rules to verify that we are all on the same page!
I am ecstatic to help guide your child through the transition to middle school life. Communication is extremely important to me so please feel free to contact me if any issues/concerns come up!
